This website is operated by Ionuț Stancu, an independent security consultant operating under the AUDITIS name ("AUDITIS", "we", "us"). AUDITIS is a sole practitioner consultancy, not a separate registered company.

Informational content — not an offer or advice

Everything published on this website describes our services and methodology in general terms. It is not professional, legal or security advice for your specific situation, and nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or creates a consultant–client relationship.

Any audit engagement is governed by a separate written agreement we both sign — a service agreement and an authorisation to test — which defines scope, depth, timing and deliverables. Where a signed agreement exists, its terms govern the work and prevail over anything stated on this website.

Security testing requires authorisation

We perform active security testing exclusively on systems covered by written authorisation from their owner or an authorised representative. Scope, testing window and permitted techniques are defined per engagement before any testing begins.

Requesting an audit through this website starts a conversation, not a test. No system is probed, scanned or exploited until authorisation is documented.

Acceptable use of this website

You may view and use this site for your own legitimate purposes. You agree not to use it unlawfully; not to attempt unauthorised access to the site, its server or connected systems; not to probe, scan or test the site's security without our prior written permission; and not to use automated means to overload it, bypass access controls or republish substantial parts of it.

Ordinary indexing by legitimate search crawlers is permitted.

Third-party names and logos

Names and logos of casino and betting operators displayed on this website are used for nominative reference only — they identify platforms we have audited or to which we have responsibly reported security findings.

Their display does not imply any partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, employment or current affiliation between AUDITIS and those operators. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Case studies and published findings

Case studies on this site summarise real, completed engagements. Where required, the identity of the operator is kept confidential and details are anonymised.

No client-confidential information and no user personal data is published. Figures shown reflect what was demonstrated at the time of the engagement and may no longer reflect the platform's current state — in most cases because the finding was remediated.

No warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that content is complete, current or error-free.

Nothing published here constitutes a security assessment of your systems. A platform's absence from our case studies says nothing about its security posture.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Romanian law, AUDITIS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, the content of this website. Liability for services performed under a signed engagement is governed exclusively by that engagement's written agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
